Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist the superior to establish and improve the company's human resources system construction such as recruitment, training, salary, insurance, benefits, performance appraisal, etc.;
2. Establish and maintain personnel files, handle and update labor contracts;
3. Execute the operational procedures of various human resources management practices and the implementation of various rules and regulations, and cooperate with other business departments;
4. Collect relevant labor and employment policies and regulations;
5. Execute the recruitment workflow, coordinate and handle employee recruitment, entry, resignation, transfer, promotion and other procedures;
6. Collaborate to carry out induction training for new employees, business training, implement training plans, contact external training organizations and track and feedback on training effects;
7. Responsible for employee salary settlement and annual total salary declaration, handling corresponding social insurance, etc.;
8. Help to establish employee relations, coordinate the relationship between employees and management, and organize employee activities.
Qualifications:
1. College degree or above in human resources or related majors;
2. More than two years working experience in human resources;
3. Familiar with the operational procedures of various human resources management practices, familiar with various national labor and personnel regulations and policies, and be able to use them in practice
4. Have good professional ethics, be practical and steady, work carefully, have a strong sense of responsibility, have strong communication and coordination skills, and have a team spirit;
5. Proficient in using relevant office software, with basic network knowledge.
